How to get fit …. in winter time

Many times being asked how to get fit in winter time while working in an office. No time for riding (at daylight), no time for a gym – because horses demanding their time ….

My tip is to not use elevators, walking for every printout to the printer (45m) and to park in the most remote corner of our parking place at university. So working on the 5th floor plus having the post station at 6th and some colleagues at 7th and 1st floor is really an advantage – don’t call the lift.

Another little ting is to train yourself sleeping – on the sleeping pad on hard ground. That way your body learns to relax even in uncomfortable situations. A real plus at the beginning of every trip.

… last but not least: Avoid all the tasty food 🙁
